This is a circular hike that passes through a large area of the mainland, crossing nine picturesque villages. The route starts from Komi village, one of the largest villages of Tinos.
You continue to Perastra, a nearby small village with only a few inhabitants, full of dense vegetation. Then you ascend to Krokos village, passing by watermills, dovecotes and also the ruins of the medieval village Lazaros.
The tour continues uphill, passing through Skalados and Koumaros villages and we reach the foot of Exomvourgo, the second-highest mountain of Tinos, where you visit the ruins of the Venetian castle.
Finally, the route becomes downhill and you pass through the villages of Xinara, Kampos and Smardakito before returning back to the starting point.
