A hiking with many landscape changes that combines lush greenery, lakes, river, boulders and a beautiful beach.
This is one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Tinos because of the different landscapes you see, like a river, watermills, the well-known round rocks, small lakes, lush vegetation and a beautiful beach at the end. Also, the whole tour is downhill which makes it easy for everyone.
The hike starts at Falatados village where you have a short tour of the village. Then you follow an old cobbled path along the river. As you hike you meet watermills, animal stables and the unique geological phenomenon of the round rocks. Our route passes through the location of Plati. A densely planted area full of plane trees and running water.
After Plati, the landscape changes and you meet dozens of small lakes with running water until you reach Livada beach. Livada is a pebbly beach full of rounded rocks and it is like an outdoor museum of stone sculptures.
