The tour starts on a family farm in the village of Melanes.
Start your preparations by picking up seasonal goods (organic fruits and vegetables) from their hand growth garden.
Have the real cooking experience on the family's property that runs without electricity.
Cooking on a wood fire will definitely be something new to try!
As the owner says: 'We had the pleasure to enjoy lunch on our farm with Mr. Anthony Bourdain, during the shootings of his series 'Parts Unknown'. Mrs. Juliana who was responsible for charming Anthony Burdain's palate with her traditional cooking skills will take you to step by step on 4 different traditional Greek recipes.
