Long Live Dionysian Wines
Taste organic wines from different vineyards of Naxos, made from those indigenous varieties that are deeply rooted in the island’s traditions, those grown with respect to nature and require minimum interventions.
Enjoy our collection of local wines and experience the island’s wine making potential while tasting a delicious representation of local wine making techniques.
Starting with wines from very old vines, with indigenous rootstock and pruned with traditional methods, we move to wines from new vineyards, with grafted rootstock of the same varieties, grown with more modern practices.
Experience the full wine spectrum of Naxos: from a rustic and raw natural wine, all the way to a much more refined approach, with great potential in aging.

- ‘Strofilia’ is a distillation of grape skins from organic grapes. Twice distilled and matured with the method of Solera in an oak barrel that was previously used for Vinsanto Wine of Santorini

Scent of Cyclades
Taste wines from different Cycladic islands known for their long winemaking history (Naxos, Paros, Santorini, Syros, Tinos, Mykonos, Serifos).
All based on indigenous varieties, some wines are grown using traditional methods and some using modern vinification techniques.
Enjoy a selection of small production wines made from indigenous varieties, showcasing the potential of Cycladic varieties in different terroirs.

Black Rock Wines
Taste wines from the unique terroir of Santorini, holder of the ‘‘Protected Destination of Origin’’ appellation. Savor Santorini’s “Assyrtiko”: the multi-dynamic variety of Greece that is grown in a volcanic land full of minerals and limited available water.
Experience the uniqueness of wines from some pre-phylloxera vine trees, that survive for more than 100 years.
Be presented with the variety’s particularities and potential and enjoy wines from the wineries that showcase it the best.

Important information
- Individual bottles of wine are: 750ml {Dry}, 500ml {Sweet} & 200ml {Distillation}
- Every bottle of wine is presented properly sealed and opened in front of the customers
- Any remaining wine after the tasting is at the customer's disposal to be consumed at will
- In case of extra bottles requested during the tasting, they will be charged according to {Oinohoros Wine Bar & Shop} price list
- Each tasting is presented by qualified professionals {Wine Producer – Oenologist}
Includes
- In case of cancellation 24 hours prior to the tasting, 100% of the deposit is refunded. In all other cases, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
