The riding tour to Butterflies Nature Reserve will lead you from the area of Kakapetra, behind the town of Paroikia to the popular butterflies valley. You will have the opportunity to walk among the "Petaloudes" that have migrated to the valley which is located at a distance of 5 kilometers towards the south side of Paroikia.
More specifically, during June until September, the Butterflies Nature Reserve is full of Jersey Tiger Moths; creating an unusual but very beautiful phenomenon. This natural park is full of different kind of trees and local wild vegetation. At the cafeteria in the Valley, you can relax and enjoy some beverages or soft drinks.
