To visit the Butterflies Nature Reserve, you will embark on a riding tour that starts from the area of Kakapetra, located behind the town of Paroikia, and leads to the popular butterflies valley; situated at a distance of 5 kilometers towards the south side of Paroikia.
From June to September, you can witness an extraordinary sight of Jersey Tiger Moths that have migrated to the valley. The reserve is home to various trees and local vegetation, providing a natural habitat for these beautiful creatures. You can take a break and enjoy some refreshments at the valley's cafeteria.
