Start your day bright and early as you will board the first ferry to Paros, accompanied by your trusty e-bikes.
As you journey southward along the picturesque west coast, you will take in the stunning scenery along a dirt trail that leads us to the quaint port of Pounta.
Here, you will catch a local ferry that connects Paros and Antiparos, where you will set out to explore one of Europe's most magnificent natural wonders: the Antiparos Underground Refuge.
With 411 stairs leading down to the depths of the cave, visitors will be transported back in time to the ancient year of 728 BC.
Originally used as a refuge from pirate raids, the cave is steeped in history and boasts a fascinating stalagmite that dates back a staggering 45 million years, making it the most ancient in Europe! (Individuals with respiratory or heart problems are not permitted to enter due to the high humidity levels inside the cave.)
After a memorable exploration of the cave, you will journey back along the enchanting east coast of Antiparos and make our way to the bustling port of Parikia, where we'll catch a ferry back to Naxos. Get ready for an unforgettable adventure that will leave you in awe of the stunning natural beauty of Greece!
