Q: When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability and send you your ticket by email within 1 day or less. Only once the booking has been confirmed, will we take the money from your card. If you feel uncomfortable with giving your card details in advance of confirmation you can also contact us via chat or email to organise your booking for you.

Take off from our special parasailing boat and fly high over the sea. At the end of this unforgettable experience, you land back safely on the boat.
During this flight, you are a passenger and do not need to do anything as our certified crew makes sure you enjoy safely the entire ride.
Enjoy this flying adventure alone or with a friend (up to three people at the same time). Book your ride you set out in groups while only flying with your company, one after the other.

Free & easy cancellation policy

In the event of cancelling within 48 hours prior to the activity any deposit made will be held unless you’d like to reschedule for another time/date.
In the event of it being unsafe to carry out an activity, wavesports reserves the right to suspend or cancel at any time. This may be due to adverse weather conditions and/or equipment failure. In such cases, any advanced payment will be fully refunded.

When will I get my ticket?

We will confirm availability within 1 day or less. Once availability has been confirmed, will we then ask you to pay by sending you an email with a payment link. Please pay promptly to ensure your booking goes ahead.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case the weather is bad and for your safety your excursion is cancelled you will first be offered the chance to reschedule. If, for whatever reason you can't or don't want to reschedule - including, simply, your wishes, we will then immediately process a 100% refund of your booking. Without any extra fees or charges. No hassle no fuss.

Can I pay on arrival?

It is not possible to pay on arrival. The only way to secure a booking is to make a reservation beforehand.
