Freediving course in Amorgos (SSI Level 1)
Description
This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments to depths of 20 meters. You will earn the SSI Level 1 Freediving certification after completing this program.
Everyone is welcome to take this course, even if this would be their first experience with water activities. Here you will learn proper techniques of breathing before and after the dive, familiarize yourself with diaphragmatic breathing and eventually do your deepest breath ever.
This program provides you with the training and knowledge required to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments to depths of 20 meters. You will earn the SSI Level 1 Freediving certification after completing this program.
During the SSI level 1 course you will gain all the proper skills and knowledge in order to freedive safely and in the most relaxed way on a maximum depth of 20 meters.
You will learn about human physiology and how you can prepare yourself to be more efficient with oxygen, go through some special stretching and relaxation techniques that will offer you better respiration and muscle flexibility and get new skills that will help you to interact with the ocean in a totally new way.

- All dive/snorkel/excursions will commence as scheduled, without further notice from the tour provider with a 100% refund.
- Refunds will be provided only for cancellations earlier than 24 hours before the tour due to medical reasons.
- Cancellations due to sickness must be justified in writing by a Medical authority.
- Rainy or cloudy weather is no valid reason for cancellation by the client, harbour master recommendations are followed on when to cancel a tour
- “No Show” without notice in advance is equivalent to a cancellation without notice.
- In case your dive is cancelled due to poor weather, we will first try to find an alternative date. If that is not suitable, for whatever reason, we will provide an instant, no fuss 100% refund.
