- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the tour.
- Please note that you shall be at your arranged pick-up point 5 minutes prior to your pick-up time, as the vehicle will depart immediately. Kindly be informed that in case of you failing to catch your pick-up and/or us not being able to reach you at your designated contact number (switched-off or unreachable), this may occur to you seeking alternative means of transport in order to meet the group, for which the company brings no responsibility. Otherwise, your non-arrival will be considered as a no-show and relevant policy will be applied.

Getting to the location
Free pick-up service is offered from all around Santorini island, although some areas are not easily accessible by bus/minivan. You are requested to write down your hotel address in the booking process and the local office will confirm with you after the booking if your accommodation is accessible. If it is not, your default pick-up place will be at Fira Bus Terminal (see below).
